The short stories included in the inaugural issue of the Victoria Review are from the Victoria Literary Festival’s first short story competition in 2017. The competition was judged by a team of panelists including that year’s writer-in-residence, Mary Norris. Mary Norris, former copy editor for the New Yorker and twice published author, also copy edited the text.
